is a method of body conditioning developed by Joseph Pilates over 70
years ago. This method emphasizes balance, control, focus, and
stability. People of all ages and fitness levels may enjoy the
benefit of Pilates.

Who We Are:

Sandra Marston:
Sandra Marston is the founder of Advanced Rehab.
She earned a Master of Science degree in physical therapy from Grand
Valley State in 1995. After 9 years of clinical experience and
several continuing education courses she began working on an Advanced
Post-Professsional Doctor of Science degree in Physical Therapy with a
specialization in manual therapy. She earned certification as a
Pilates Rehabilitation Specialist in 2002.
Her
experience ranges from Detroit’s level one trauma, rehabilitation, and
children’s hospital to treating the Veterans at Fort Harrison VAMC in
Helena, Montana. She offers 10 years of experience and furthered
education in treating orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
Sandra provides holistic care throughout the evaluation and treatment
process assisting the client in achieving and maintaining the mind body
connection through movement and function.
